About Kundalini

Kundalini Yoga was brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan  in 1969 and is considered the yoga of awareness. It uses physical movements (asanas), breath work (pranayam), mudras (hand positions) and chanting (mantra) to increase consciousness, mental focus, and intuition.

Kundalini Yoga focuses on delivering an experience of your highest consciousness in order for you to realize your full potential.

Kundalini is imagined as a coiled serpent lying asleep at the base of our spine, the dormant energy within us that expands our awareness.

Humanology is the applied science and psychology of the human psyche for fulfillment of human potential in body, mind, and spirit. It covers all aspects of the human life, from hygiene to lifecycles.

Until now, Humanology has not included same sex partnerships in its teachings. It is a new age, and as a new paradigm emerges, we are called to adapt and embrace who we are in every aspect, joyously evolving in every direction. Our sexuality is only one part of ourselves, but it is an aspect that deserves recognition and validation, to be healthily integrated into the whole.
